¼ cup Post Grape-nuts cereal
- ½ teaspoon sugar

1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

¼ cup Breyers Smooth & Creamy Vanilla Lowfat Yogurt (8 oz.)

¼ cup Prepared Crystal Light Raspberry Ice Flavor Low Calorie Soft Drink Mix
Preparation Instructions

Place apple in small microwavable bowl.
- Pour prepared drink mix over apple.
- Cover with microwavable plastic wrap.
- Vent.
- Microwave on HIGH two minutes or until apples are just tender
- Stir.
- Mix cereal, sugar and cinnamon
- Sprinkle over apple mixture.
- Top with yogurt. and
- Serve immediately.

Chocolate and Vanilla Swirl Cookies
Yield:60 cookies
Cream margarine, sugar, vanilla, and egg substitute.
Beat well
Add flour, baking powder, and 3 tablespoons (45 ml) of the milk
Stir to thoroughly mix
Divide dough into two parts
Add cocoa and chocolate extract to one part, stirring until well blended
Chill both halves for at least one hour
Working on a floured surface, roll out each part into a rectangle about three inches (7.5 cm) wide.
Place the chocolate part on top of the vanilla part, pressing them together tightly with a rolling pin.
Brush the chocolate dough with remaining tablespoon (15 ml) milk.
Roll up like a jelly roll to make a log about 1-1/2 inches (4 cm) in diameter.
Wrap in waxed paper and chill until firm, about two hours.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice cookies 1/8 inch (.5 cm) thick.
Place on a nonstick cookie sheet that has been lightly coated with cooking spray.
Bake for eight minutes, until lightly browned. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
