Ingredients:
3/4 cup soy flour

4 packets sugar substitute
pinch salt
1/3 Cup peanut butter
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp melted butter
1/2 Cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp chocolate extract
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl.
Combine the peanut butter with the remaining ingredients and add it to the flour mixture.
Stir until blended.
Drop by teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake for ten to twelve minutes until brown.
Each of these cookies contains two grams of carbohydrate.
